These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at buddhacontrol.com (the "Site"), our mobile applications (the "App"), and the Plugger device ("Device") (collectively, the "Services"), operated by BuddhaControl.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Services and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with the Agreements, you must not accept these Terms, and you are not allowed to use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
BuddhaControl's products are designed for the preservation and controlled drying of plant materials, including cannabis where legal. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws regarding cannabis possession and use.
The Plugger device is designed to work with refrigeration units and heating elements not provided by BuddhaControl. You are responsible for the proper setup, maintenance, and safe operation of all third-party equipment used in conjunction with our products.

When you download our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to their Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
To use our App, you'll need a compatible mobile device. We do not guarantee that our App will be compatible with all devices. We may update the App and require you to download the newest version.
Our App may send push notifications to your mobile device. You can opt-out by changing your device settings.
Our Services use Google Firebase for data storage, authentication, and other functionality. By using our Services, you also agree to the Firebase Terms of Service.
Data transmitted to and from Firebase may include device information, usage statistics, and settings required for the operation of your Plugger device. This information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Our online store uses third-party payment processors to facilitate the purchase of our products. When making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy for our hardware products. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable.
We ship physical products worldwide using reputable shipping carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and your chosen shipping method. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
For international orders, please note that you may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country of residence. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer's responsibility.
Purchasers must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. BuddhaControl is not responsible for any legal issues arising from customs regulations, prohibited items, or other import restrictions in your country.
Our Plugger devices come with a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require photographic evidence or the return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty replacement or repair.
Our Services allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality.
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:
The Services and their original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuddhaControl and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BuddhaControl.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall BuddhaControl, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representation, express or implied. BuddhaControl does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 paragraph 1 TMG under general law.
