All our products include free shipping. The shipping cost is already included in the product price that you see on our website.
We are currently in the pre-order phase. Once our products are ready for shipping (expected in Q2 2025), orders will be processed in the sequence they were received. Estimated delivery times after shipping begins:
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your Plugger device from our first production batch. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to ship. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipping for a full refund.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The cost to return the product to us must be paid by you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
